Job Description :

• Allocating extension numbers, desk keys, coordinating with diff dept
• Booking of meeting rooms
• Attending to guest.
• Attending to customers/policy holders, giving directions
• Maintaining registers at all imp registers (inward outward, challans, outsource register, IT)
• Allotting parking slots to the employees.
• Maintaining extension numbers.
• Giving access to all the employees & keeping track of all employees using access cards, not reporting lost access cards, not handing over temp access cards.
• Maintaining the reception look.
• Also attending to all house keeping complaints,
• Maintaining AIR Register (grievance).
• Telephone technician Electrician security guys work check.
• Reporting any Mishaps Happening to concerned Authority.
• In absence of secretaries.
• Maintaining medical Box.
• To attend incoming calls and Customers.
• Maintain record of all Vendors related to the Branch.
• To co-ordinate with the Admin for the daily requirement such as Stationary, and house keeping materials
• To co-ordinate with Admin for office related work such as Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill etc.
