Job Description :

• Doing installation of software’s over phone. If the problem is not solved over phone visit the client place for troubleshooting.
• Solving customer queries.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clients, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction quality norms.
• Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products’ utilities.
