I got 72.1% in graduation. During graduation I also sharpened my knowledge in other fields such as Advanced Mathematics, General physics, General Physical Experiment and I learnt and had some work experience in Desk top publication and Diplomo in computer application.I stood first in my college during two year post graduation. For my outstanding performance in my post grauation lab, I have been placed to BIOPHORE PHARMA PVT LTD , a renowned company in India on June 2008. I have been selected for Organic synthesis division through campus placement, and was permitted to continue to deliver my performance.This experience helped me a lot to increase my knowledge. Though it is for 3 months training
, I got adequate knowledge of synthesis of a sodium salt of carboxylic acid whish is a 11 step process in which i am mainly involved in preparetion of an side chain which is amine,it is a three step process namely protection 1,6 di bromo hexane with pthalimide ,cynation and deprotection of pthalimide .I prepared 150 gm of this product with 96% yield using HVD.I our lab i am also learnt gas chromatography handling and recording the sample graph.Along with this in MSc second year i participated in project on gas chromatography conducted in steel plant where i have seen coke oven department.coal tar distillation department,blast furnace deparment,quality assurance depatrment.By observing all these departments i have gained a lot of knowledge in preparing steel from coke.

With the help of experience and keeping future goal I am intrested to switched over to this leading pharma company research laboratories.

My major techniques for the industrial applications are Column chromatography , Thin Layer chromatography and development of its mobile phase, HPLC, NMR, Mass, IR, XRD, Flash chromatography, various distillations, understanding of Gas Chromatography , X Ray Difractometer.

All intermediates are primarily purified by column chromatography. NMR, Mass interpretation made this project very interesting. Typical problems like improving yields, qualities are solved with team work.I participated in a national level seminar in modern trends in organic chemistry and in instrumental methos of analysis.

On the basis of my performance in high school, college and work experience, I now think that my graduate study can be an asset.

My interest in chemistry came from my chemistry lecturer at Andhra University , Dr. Damodhar reddy. He graduated from Andhra university, one of the best universities in India . His teaching was so interesting and effective that I have been fascinated with chemistry since then. Her major part was Natural products and bio polymers. The practical experience at college level has a major impact for my enthusiasm and interest on chemistry.

In Andhra University , my attention was given to specific fields of Organic Chemistry, such as Natural products and Bio polymers, Spectroscopy, Organometallic reagents.
