Job Description : To carry out daily checks & preventive checks on the machines including utilities & upkeeping the records.
To attend all breakdowns & maintaining records for MIS.
To ensure all airconditioning equipments are in healthy condition.
To upgrade skill level & knowledge in maintaining plant equipments & Machinery in all aspects.
Ensure reliable and cost effective operation of utilities (like power generation, water and air).
Ensuring that the safety of the machines and buildings is adhered to & displaying instructions & SOP’S.
Supervision of all civil work & auxilary jobs like( painting,plumbing) of unit.
Framing out mechanical drawings,water & air pipe line diagram of various stages.
Appraise the performance of workman and staff under your control within the time frame
Guide the workman and staff under your control to perform their duties in effective way.
Maintain the discipline in the department.
Control extra working cost and absenteeism in the department.
Extend supprt to Management with a view to achive organization goals
Subordinate develpment.
Housekeeping of the department.
Maintain discipline in the department.

Desired : Responsible for the plant breakdowns, Preventive and Mechanical maintenance of the machines in the unit. Also supervising existing utilities and installation and commissioning of new machines/utilities/construction activities. Also responsible for maintaining good air conditioning inside the plant.
