Qualification : MBA/PGDM – Marketing
- MBA in Marketing and advertising or any Equivalent degree
- Minimum 1 year in retail organisation

Job Responsibilities :
- Developing/maintaining a website for lifestyle which is user friendly, and is in line with concept image.
Promotion and Events
- Recommending store promotions in consultation with buyers/ retail operations.
- Ensuring that all communication material required for the promotions is developed / designed and sent to the stores/territories within the time frame specified.
- Recommending events specific to brand / product category / season.
- Forecasting along with buyers / retail operations on the increase in footfall sales during the promotions.
- In Store/ Out Door Media Planning
- To ensure all aspects of imaging – store windows, visuals, banners, posters, shelf takers are in line with the “Image” of lifestyle and target the appropriate clientele.
- To ensure that the entire out-door media facilities are at the prime locations to attract customers (bill boards/ hoardings).
- To ensure that the outdoor media communication is replaced regularly with images and captions.
- The images on the vans and delivery trucks to be changed at a regular interval of times.
- Co-coordinating with the territories and their agencies if necessary on the media advertising in store images.
- To ensure consistency in brand image.
- To liaise with the Advertising Company on the optimal spend of the Media Budgets for the Season/ Territory and Brand.
- To agree and coordinate with the agency on the image campaign for the season.
- To follow through the media advertising maintained with the agency.
- To introduce centre point privilege club
- To send mailers/brochures to centre point privilege club members (as required/agreed upon)
- To recommend strategies to increase the membership to the club
- Cost savings—outdoor/print.
- Rapport/relationship building with Ad agency/buying house. Measured through strong business relationships and good offerings.
- Timely implementation of all marketing plans and launches.
- Ensuring the reduction in complain from customers and partners.
- Brand Visibility.
