Job Description :
B.B.E., Incorporated is a U.S. based corporation specializing in educating and implementing business solutions for small businesses. Our Indian subsidiary handles hiring for customer service in India. We are seeking Indian based workers to perform customer service. The work involves providing customer service by answering customer questions and requests for help via live chat and email. There are several computer based tasks and research that is involved with the position. We will train. Training is paid for. We looking for personnel in the following cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Banglore, Pune, Calcutta, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Indore, Coimbatore, Greater Noida, Agra, Bhopal, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mysore, Mohali, Nasik, Rudrapur, Panipat, Vishakhapatnam, and Sonipat. Job Requirements: We are seeking responsible people with excellent English writing and English grammar skills. Must type at least 50 WPM. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree. The position requires 60 hours per week – two 30 minute meal breaks are paid for. The work is Monday night through Saturday morning on the following schedule: Monday 7:30pm – Tuesday 7:30am Tuesday 7:30pm – Wednesday 7:30am Wednesday 7:30pm – Thursday 7:30am Thursday 7:30pm – Friday 7:30am Friday 7:30pm – Saturday 7:30am Salary: 16754 RS per month
