Job Description: A company associated with a US based enterprise engaged in the business of developing and marketing Legal Research Libraries on the Internet and providing summarized judicial opinions, and creating databases related to various US laws, requires Legal Consultants to work in its Mumbai (Andheri-East) Office on full time and/or part time basis.
Position Objectives : Participate in projects for international clients
Provide timely delivery of services
Reviewing and summarizing contracts
Desired Candidate Profile: LLB / LLM
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in writing, reading, researching, logical thinking and computer skills
Perseverance, creativity and reasoning ability
Experience in the areas of publishing or writing, drafting and editing legal documents, legal research, contract review
