• Should have exposure to citation work
• Should have knowledge of using Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
• Should have excellent skills in speed reading US judgments and picking out issues
• Should possess business and process knowledge, understand workflows and operating procedures
• Should be proficient with computers and computer applications
• Should be able to supervise and evaluate staff
• Should be able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
• should have ability to work as a member and leader of project teams
