Job Description : We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter with good understanding of latest semiconductor/computer technologies to help fulfill the growing needs. This position will be on contract. Candidate based in Bangalore only needs to apply.

The primary responsibilities in this role are …
The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening resumes and coordinating with technical managers for all technical Interviews. Planning and executing the complete Recruitment plan. (From sourcing, screening, validating invoice, etc).
Evaluate candidate’s skills including communication skills, interpersonal, job stability.
The candidate will be responsible for running reference checks within stipulated time.
The candidate will be responsible for running special employee referral campaigns.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating background checks within stipulated time. 

Desired : MS Office proficiency.
MS Access.
Proficiency in recruitment softwares.
Good communication and good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Innovative ideas for referral campaigns.
Pursuing MBA or MBA Fresher
