Job Description :

• The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level
• Devise out ways to keep recruitment costs at an all time low, with no impact on TAT and quality of hires
• Formulate recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum
• Responsible for maintaining various MIS and reports

Desired :

• The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, if not an MBA, a good candidature with relevant 3 years of recruitment experience is also welcome
• Scholastic academic background is a must
• Must be people oriented and affable
• Should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment
• Flexible with working hours
