Job Description : Management Information System [MIS Team]:-
Scrubbing Raw Data for Dialing purpose {Raw data contain all details of Customer}.
Uploading the Data in Database & Uploading into the Dialer
Updating and Maintaining Agent Performance Report.
Updating and Maintaining Agent Unique Performance Report.
Maintaining Daily, Weekly and Monthly Attendance Reports.
Updating all agents Attendance details to GIS Software.
Updating and Maintaining the MIS of all activities.
Maintaining & Updating the Records of Leads Generated by Agents
Maintaining Incentive Tracker
