Job Position : Management Trainee IJP

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead a team of about 10 – 15 examiners to support the process.
2. Ensure consistent delivery of process metrics through his/her team members.
3. Manage assigned special projects to completion within target date.
4. Work on self development through the learning path designed for the Management Trainees.
5. Work on employee development and motivation.
6. Conducting regular performance reviews of his employees.
7. Work with US counterparts on process related subjects.
8. Attend Internal and external calls and meetings.
9. Help his employees on any administrative needs.
10. Share best practices and support team goals and objectives.
11. Drive consistency and efficient processes for the team.

Required :

1. Meet Expectation or Exceed Expectation in the last Common Review.
2. Minimum of 1 year in the current role.
3. Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP.
4. Employees must notify their Current Manager before applying for the IJP.
