Job Description :

• Dynamic, energetic & proactive fresh graduates with high focus on learning, growth & success, enjoying high pressure situations only need to apply.
• (fresh gradudates including ARTS, Science & BBA who are intrested can Apply!)
• 3 months of on the job training will be provided to groom the incumbent to handle,
• BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Market Research, Lead Generation, Business Presentation & proposals, Contracts management)
• MARKETING MANAGEMENT ( Local activations, Mailers, Campaigns,Ad posting, networking, database search & other Promotional activities)
• RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT ( networking, database building).
• The candidate by nature must be, social & outgoing (i.e., a flair to build & maintain networks & relationships), never say die attitude (perseverance) with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to situations & passion to learn new things are required to succeed in this domain.
• The Job requires 75% traveling.

No salary will be paid for the 3 months of training period; but attractive incentives to encourage performance with an excellent growth & exciting carrier plans available.
