Job Responsibilities :

  1. Recruitment
  2. Staffing target achievement for business plan
  3. Sourcing applications through various sources media, portals, and consultants.
  4. Screening of applications as per job requirement
  5. Coordinate with the line for interviews in selection process.
  6. Induction of all new joinees covering HR policies and procedures.
  7. Coordination with HO for joining formalities ( ID cards, empower formalities)
  8. Preparing and maintaining recruitment MIS.
  9. Consultant management Relationship Management
  10. Resolve queries of the consultants.
  11. Send the requirement to the consultants, follow-up
  12. Processing of the invoice on EMS,
  13. Carry out consultant survey.
