Job Description:
Responsibilities: Selected trainees will achieve the business numbers set out for them. They will be working under the Sales manager and will lead the initial foray with prospective customers finding key executives, meeting with them, making sales presentations and creating the need for our products and solutions.

Skills:
1) Good oral communication skills
2) Good Customer presentation skills
3) Good written communication skills

Attitude:
1) Ability to strike rapport with people, meet people.
2) Ability to handle large number of rejections.
3) Desire to excel in the field of Corporate Sales & Marketing

Program Induction:
Selected Trainees will be trained in the Sales Methodology adopted by us at VFM Systems & Services. On successful completion of training they will be drafted to field to work with one of our Sales Managers.
