Job Description :

• 1.Business generation in assigned territory through business  channels
• 2.Develop new sourcing streams by adding channels/ products
• 3.Maximize own share of business in the channel
• 4.Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
• 5.Ensure adherence to defined processes
• .Evolve, drive and manage sales promotional activities
• 7.Maintain positive business generation and ensuring portfolio profitability in the territories assigned
• 8.Provide constant feedback on company’s products and market intelligence
• 9.Reporting into the Sales Manager/ASM

• MBA’s freshers who have a flair in doing sales in the General Insurance Industry.
• Relationship Building skills
• Candidates with prior sales experience would have an added advantage.
