Job Description :

• Building & updating databases of guest details on regular basis.
• Looking after all promotional activities of Vatika Hospitality like sending mailers; sms; promotional posters; updating the website content.
• Coordinating for all meetings and maintaining reports.
• Managing the guest feedbacks, queries and concerns and providing corrective solutions.

Desired :

• should have excellent communication skills and pleasing personality.
• Good working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
