Job Description :

• Conducting a Market Survey and Market Research on existing school health services, occupational health services, health magazines and newsletters etc. and new market opportunities. Mapping out potential clients and competitors.
• Networking with Corporates, Educational Institutes, Colleges, Industries, Companies (including small capital and middle capital) and building contacts with them to help enhance the company contracts.
• Create and develop broader avenues for Amelio’s penetration in the market. Assist in developing new revenue sources.
• Developing marketing strategies, sales plan and implementation, working closely with the management and giving constructive inputs for expanding the scope of Amelio’s product and service utilization by clients.
• Managing and maintaining website: developing and updating the content on the company website, coordinating with the web designer for uploading of new updates, news alerts on home page, new photos, etc. developing the arena of online marketing.
• Improving sales of children’s Times newsletter and corporate health newsletter, registration for workshops/trainings, health software and CD’s in the schools, corporates, BPO, ITES, others
• Conducting presentations in schools, colleges, management institutes, corporates about CHERI (school health services) and OHSE (Occupational health services) and converting them into viable contracts.
• Provide regular reports and reviews, logistic analysis, status reports on overall sales and marketing activities.
• Making sure all norms and necessary newspaper registrations/memberships are met.
• Carrying out any other duties as required by the organization in addition to the above that will be reasonable and within your capabilities and potential.

Desired :
The candidate should be self confident and possess excellent communication skills, presentation skills and convincing ability. Good command over oral and written English language. Should be a computer literate; know how of recent trends in computer applications will be an added advantage. Awareness about the market and marketing discipline. Should be a good all rounder.

Essentially a degree level education + PG diploma in marketing will be preferred but not a strict criterion.
