Job Description :
Gallup is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work in our Mumbai, India office. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support and partner with our Business Development Group. This would include everything that relates to the clients – from database management, to marketing events, mailing literature, and researching potential clients, etc.
Follow up and co-ordination of marketing events
Managing Oracle CRM and keeping it up to date
Managing and keeping our client/ prospect contact list constantly updated
To create and manage a database of top prospects through seminars/ events etc.
Ensuring brand salience through mailers on a regular basis
Keep our clients/ prospects warm and knowledgeable about our latest work/ offerings
Follow up on scheduling of key client / prospect meetings
To analyze historical and current business development data and provide insights to the Partner team for course correction
To follow-up with clients on bill collection, as needed 

Desired :
1 to 2 years experience in marketing or customer service.
Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA)
Good communication skills, ability to create and follow up on leads
An openness for learning new things and experimenting and have a proficiency in MS Power Point and MS Office
