Job Description :

• Co-ordinating with senior management for routine operations.
• Co-ordination between different verticals of the organization:
• Participating in product conceptualization.
• Co-ordinating with designers to execute designs.
• Co-ordinating between designers and costing department to make quotes.
• Co-ordinating between designer, CAD operators and product development manager.
• Co-ordinating with production department for production.
• Co-ordinating with vendor manager to negotiate rates, meeting schedules and account clearance.
• Co-ordinating between vendor manager and CFO to settle vendor accounts.
• Co-ordinating with finance department for executing shipments.
• Co-ordinating between marketing department and customers for follow-ups.
• Co-ordinating between finance department and customer for payment realization.
• Co-ordinating with maintenance manager for general upkeep of premises.
• Co-ordinating with HR executive for salary distribution.
• Taking stock of raw materials on the joining date.
• Co-ordinating with inventory department for daily stock tally.
