Job Description:Achieve the set targets by selling Residential Projects (Apartment/Row Houses/Villas).
Acquisitions and Servicing of HNI’s.
Cross -functional coordination to ensure greater level of service.
Procure various data bases ( club lists etc., ) for prospect identification.
Organize and implement various promotional activities (Corporate presentations, exhibitions etc).
Demand management and market forecast.
Responsible to generate revenue for the company at limited time frame to ensure profitability.
Competitive analysis.
Identify prospective clients & industries, conduct direct marketing, create sales channels, and provide product information.
Assess client’s requirements, initiate & maintain client’s interaction, provide inputs on pricing, participate in reviews, proposals, seek approvals.
Collect competitor information & client’s background, collate industry information.
To build and maintain rapport with agents / building associates / clients to generate leads and referrals.
