Job Position : Consultant / Sr Consultant/ Principal Consultant

Qualification : B.Com – Commerce , MBA/PGDM – Finance

Required :

1. Computing/database skills: Strong hands-on experience in MS-Office and knowledge of databases published by government/multilateral institution, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc
2. Good command over English
3. Knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus
4. Strong written English communication skills
5. Ability to engage with different kind of people
6. Willing and creative enough to provide structure to projects with ambiguous terms of references
7. Ability to handle pressure and willing to meet tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities :

1. Planning and execution of research projects and liaisoning (limited) with clients for the same
2. Coordinating among team members to collate information and updates for clients
3. Organizing and scheduling meetings for various qualitative/quantitative surveys being conducted as part of project execution
4. Data compilation and checks
5. Conducting statistical / econometric analysis
6. Coordinating with the external data collection vendors
7. Writing the various sections of the draft / final report including preparation of charts/table
8. Business development support
9. Coordination with the client and the sales resource
10. Initial secondary research on consulting assignments
11. Checking data availability for proposed product / industry / market, etc. – detailed checklist of data available and usability of the same for analysis
12. Preparation of concept note and basic proposals
13. Coordinating with vendors to get quotations for work proposed to be outsourced
14. Supporting the Managers with large bids and proposals
