Job Description :

• 60% Volume & Profitability Targets
• To achieve the assigned volume & profitability targets from clients.
• 25% Customer Focus & Business Development
• To sustain, grow and develop clients in Branch.
• To be in touch with all client and help in providing advisory on ongoing basis.
• To keep watch over the market and competitor activities.
• Timely processing of client payments & ensuring all supports like Portfolios, product awareness to Clients.
• To handle client queries & grievances.
• 15% Operational Role & Administrative
• To ensure the smooth dealings with all clients.
• Ensure timely & accurate MIS reporting to the management.
• Punctuality in office Timing
• The position will handle the Institutions.

Desired :

• This position needs to have a sound knowledge & understanding of financial products offered by the company.
• The candidate needs to have good communication, Presentation & negotiation skills.
• Needs to be a self motivated sales guy.
• Female Candidates Preffered.
