Job Description : The Candidates will be Responsible for Recruiting IT Understanding the clientÃs job requirement
Identifying & sourcing talented IT professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, existing database etc.
Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.
Coordinating interview, follow ups etc

Desired : Experienced/ Fresher with aggression, determination, motivation and attention to details for Recruiting
Possess excellent interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation, presentation and team management skills.
