To develop & manage sales pipeline.
Responsible for correlating the concept with clients expectation from project.
Negotiating & finalizing sales.
Timely collection of payments.
Chalk out Sales plans/ Individual Targets/Client approach techniques.
Optimize closure by targeting HNI, NRI, and Corporates etc.
Motivate team performances.
Develop sales mix & two prong strategies to achieve sales closure.

Desired : Fresher MBA, Should have excellent communication & relationships skills.. Should possess negotiation skill, ability to judge the client ( Background, Budget )Justify the cost & convince client, Presentation skill with good contents. Networking, Team work, Coordination. Relationship Building (Relate beyond transaction). Dynamic with understanding client’s requirements / budget
