Job Description: Max New York Life Insurance is launching an Internship program for the students at the Graduation/MBA level who will be selected to undergo a 4 months certified internship program with MNYL during which they can earn some stipend & they will also be given placement opportunities after the program is completed & they are finally absorbed by Max New York Life Insurance. All the Interns would get a Certificate at the end of 4 Months Internship by Max New York Life.
The Interns do not have to sell insurance. They have to Recruit/Appoint Agents for Max New York Life. Based on the number of Agents appointed, they will be given Rs 1500 per Agent. There are number of other Gifts & Trip to Abroad attached to this Internship. If an Intern appoints only 1 agent during 4 months of Training, he would still be eligible for a Certificate from MNYL.The Interns would not be bound to attand any office hours, they can visit Max New York depending on the need. The Interns would be put under a Senior from Max New York who would guide them during their Internship.
Candidates who can join immediately are welcome & others who cant join due to exams can be asked to join after the exams.
Desired Candidate Profile: following are the desired characteristics in candidates:
Any Candidate doing Graduation or MBA or PG Diploma or any Degree/Diploma course are eligible for this Internship Program.
Fresh Graduates or Fresh MBA’s are also eligible.
a.The Candidates shall be within the age group of 19-24 years.
b.The Candidate shall be a resident / native of the particular city
/town or has family living there for over 3 years, where the Candidate
has to be inducted for internship.
c.The Candidates shall have good communication skills & ability to
convey themselves clearly.
