Responsibilities  : Handling End to End recruitment process
&nbs! p; Getting Requirements from the client
Understanding requirements
Sourcing profiles using various job portals.
Sourcing of relevant candidates throu! gh searching in portals and through references.
Screening and scrutinizing the resumes.
Screening and short listing of CVs, Interview scheduling, shortlisted candidates and follow up actions thereafter till its closure.
