I am vandana. I have completed my MBA(Marketing & HR) and Bachelor’s degree in science. I have Done on job Training (HR)with various companys like reliance retail ltd, sunrays printing Ink industries, Genser aerospace & IT pvt Ltd for almost one year. I also have 6 months of work experience as channel Development manager with V4U Investwise Pvt Ltd, Bangalore. where my resposibilities includes recruitment , training and motivation of finnancial advisors& business assiciates and developing the organizations business trough Agency Channel. i want to groom my carrier as a HR .
