Job Description : The profile is of generalist HR which includes handling performance management system, attrition issues, induction of employees, employee engagement and retention activities
Desired : The candidate should be an MBA (HR), Two years-Full Time ONLY
The candidate must have good domain knowledge and eager to work in this profile
The candidate should have excellent personal projection and communication skills esp oral and written.
The applicant has to fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned below
No DROP YEAR in the course of education
60% ( first class) or more in SSC, HSC, Graduation & Post Graduation
Maximum of 4 back logs/ ATKT allowed for engineering graduates in the course of their engineering.
NO BACKLOG /ATKT allowed in Graduation and Post Graduation.
Age limit 26 years as on 1st July 2008
