Ensure compliance of all IRDA & Company regulations
Business Results
Achieve your agreed targets & FPO facilitate HDFCSL Products;
Monitor and evaluate achievement of your targets against expectations 

Customer Relationship Management
Interact regularly with the customers to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship.
Review their financial arrangements at least once a year
Ensure sole focus is to the HDFCSL business.
Service client bank effectively
Minimise lapses
