Job Title : Management Trainee (Systems) 

Experience : 0 – 2 Years 

Education :
MBA/PGDM – Systems 

Location : Mumbai 

Job Description :
1. Liaising extensively with internal clients;
2. Analyzing clients’ existing systems;
3. Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
4. Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
5. Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems;
6. Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
7. Producing project feasibility reports;
8. Presenting proposals to internal clients;
9. Working closely with developers ( internal and external ) and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
10. Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
11. Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;
12. Overseeing the implementation of a new system;
13. Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
14. Writing user manuals;
15. Providing training to users of a new system;
16. Keeping up to date with technical and industry sector developments.
