Assist Sr. Consultants in successfully processing clients’ requirements for senior /middle/ junior levels through data bank sourcing and screening and head hunting.
Evaluating CVs and Screening the candidates with telephonic, Interaction with candidates through direct interview for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
Scheduling and facilitating the interview process. Co-ordinate with clients over phone for recruitment facilitation.
Preparing and maintaining the recruitment related documents.

Desired Candidate Profile : Young, soft-spoken, extrovert achiever (preferably MBA) with 0 to 2 yrs. exp. in resourcing with a good recruitment firm or Sales & Marketing / HR / Manufacturing / IT. Strong commitment to delivery, relationship management & good communication skills with excellent working knowledge on computer are a must.
