Education : MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization 

Job Description : 1) Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2) Excellent Analytical Skills
3) Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivots & Charts)
4) Understanding of different forms of Data and Data Analysis
5) Good knowledge of the web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines)
6) Educational Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience: (1-3 year) with at least (6 months) as a Quality Analyst in a BPO or a Back-office division 

Desired : 1) Graduates in any specialization /Post Graduation (MBA)
2) Understanding of Process Maps and Work Flow (Desirable)
3) Good dispute handling & mentoring capabilities (Desirable)
4) Experience on Quality Analysis tools like, Pareto Diagrams, Cause & Effect Analysis etc will be an added advantage.
