Job Description: Recruitment & Selection
Screening, filtering CV’s for Technical and Non-technical positions.
Coordinating with technical panels for detailed requirements.
Coordinating with various Placement consultants.
Scheduling telephonic interviews and also arranging & conducting personal interviews.
Conducting Initial Technical Tests and Psychometric Tests.
Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Promotion letters, Transfer letters, Service Letters, etc
Pre & Post Selection Formalities including developing & conducting formal Induction for new recruits.
Conducting Exit Interviews for departing employees.

Performance Appraisal :
To co-relate the issues like promotion, increment, salary revision etc. with performance appraisal.
Conducting performance appraisal discussions and meetings.
Prepare Incentive, Increment & Promotion List for Employee Through Performance Appraisal rating Form.

Administration :
Maintenance of Employees personnel records and statistics.
Sending fortnightly/monthly reports to Finance department about, new recruits, resignations, confirmations, etc.

Supporting responsibilities:
Helping/assisting other team members & seniors in completing their tasks after finishing self-tasks.
Placing right documents in its right place
Making available of necessary data whenever required
Giving necessary details for the purpose of reference checks.
Resolving all personnel issues that arise at all levels.
