Experience: 0 – 2 Years 

Education : MBA/PGDM – HR/Industrial Relations 

Job Description :Searching and screening candidates from various recruiting sources
Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to check the suitability of the candidate with the requirement, understand their competencies, skill sets
Organizing and co-ordinating the interviews.
Enabling communication b/w the candidates and organization.
Negotiating & closing Offers & post offer handholding
Completing the reference checks for short listed candidates
Communicating with candidates at all stages of recruitment cycle. 

Desired Profile : MBA-HR with 6 months – 1yrs expereince on Recruitments. Must possess strong English communication skills.
