Job Description: The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and shall be responsible for creating new business with international buyers in set territories.
1. Shall have to work and achieve set targets for export trade.
2. Manage the Sales and Marketing activities of the Department with aim to ensure achievement of set objectives.
3. Time and cost wise completion of assigned tasks.
4. Identifying new products for launch.
5. Guiding and motivating the Sales Team and achieving sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile: ‘We don’t look for people who never fail. We look for people who never give up.’ You have to think ‘out of the box’.
You can be a fresher with an MBA in marketing. You can also be a marketing head with 0-4 yrs experience in exports. A valid passport is a must. Candidate will have to travel for trade shows. Develop new lines of present products and achieve sales targets. You Shall have to create a result oriented team(s) and manage them efficiently. International marketing, MBA qualification preferred. Success in meeting and exceeding sales plans is expected.
