• Good Oral / Written Skills in English
• At least 6 months of experience in screening, scheduling, coordination, offer release and post offer follow up in any software company
• Ability to process large amount of data
• Good skills in MS Excel
• Exposure to any Applicant Tracking System is preferred
• Should be willing to join within short notice
