Job Description: 1) Maintaining of QMS /EMS requirements in line with ISO 9001/ TS 16948/ISO14001 (Maintaining quality records ,Ensuring calibration & MSA studies,FMEA , Control plan,PPAP,APQP etc..,)
2 Develop necessary workmanship standards
3) Production inspection activities at various stages
4) Rejection data analysis
5) Participating in Product /Process Audits
6) Develop Gauges to reduce Inspection Lead time
7) Carryout SPC studies as per plan
Handling transactions in SAP
Desired Candidate Profile: 1) Awareness of QMS/EMS practices as per TS 16949/ISO 14001
2) Understanding of different stages of inspection and checklist preparation
3) Knowledge of product functional testing (Mechanical & Electrical)
4) Knowledge Product Audit and Calibration
5) Knowledge of basic concepts of SPC & usage of SPC software
6) Exposure on 7 QC Tools and 8 D Techniques
7) Knowledge of Handling and storage Hazardous Materials & Chemical
Knowledge of RoHS requirements and SAP T codes
