Job Description :
Takes the design project from an Oceaneering Group from start to completion.
Reviews and checks the models and drawings created by the designers.
Checks the design for compliance with the relevant industry codes and the client design specification.
Performs all the necessary calculations. Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis a Plus. Knowledge of MathCAD necessary.
Schedules regular meetings with the Oceaneering Group Lead on the progress of the project.
Reviews and checks the models and drawings created by the designers.
Create concept drawings. Knowledge of Solid Works and AutoCAD necessary.
Documents the project related information.
Desired :
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a Reputed University.
Solid Works, AutoCAD, MathCAD, MS Office suite of Applications.
Knowledge of Ansys desirable.
Good Communication Skills in English (P)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
