Job Description :

• The incumbent is responsible for timely and accurate diagnosis coding from the medical chart/record utilizing ICD.
• Review the medical record to identify all services provided by the physician.ICD-9,CPT codes.
• Medical coding trained(for freshers).

Desired :
1-2 years of coding experience.Experience in radiology,Surgery,E/M or E/D coding for physicians is an added advantage,computer literate.
