Knowledge of required programming languages
Coding as per specifications
Participate in code reviews / requirement walkthroughs
Understand the design.
Unit testing / module testing
Adherence to Quality process
Demonstration of “learnability” (ability to learn things quickly with minimal assistance)
Identify 2 core areas of improvement for self.
Adaptable and flexible to work in any technology
