7)To meet delevery promise dates and keep track of performance
8)Ensure all quality records are preserved

Desired : 1)Should have exposure in process knowledge,control plan
2)basic knowldge on statistical concepts
3)Understanding of 8 D methodology
4)7 QC tools
5)Should have the knowledge of Quality systems like TS 16949 and ISO
