• Must have experience in Mortgage process
• Make & take clients (US) calls.
• Processing the orders.
• Preparational of Daily operational MIS Reports.
• Experience in Outbound or Inbound is must.
• MS Office Knowledge
• Flexibility to work in different shifts
• Good written and verbal Communication skills
• Graduates except B.E, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA,MSc, Undergraduates with 6 months of relevant experience (International Call Centre) will be considered.
