Job Description :

• Monitoring helpdesk Calls.
• Assign Calls to the Engineers.
• Coordinating with users & Engineers.
• Coordinating with Vendors.
• Assets details Modification, adding & Transferring.
• Follows ups with Engineers & Team Leaders in different locations. Create Daily, Weekly & Monthly report in Excel Format.

Note : Candidates would be on third party pay roll
