Job Location: Mumbai Suburbs

Job Description :

• Responding to client queries, sending quotations, job confirmations and completed jobs accurately and efficiently
• Communicating effectively and quickly with international clients over email and (if required) over the telephone
• Coordinating with the editing, payments and marketing teams within the organization on a daily basis
• Negotiating with the managers of the editing team in order to provide the best possible service experience to clients
• Tracking and analysing data, identifing trends and provide inputs for the marketing team

Desired :

• Computer skills
• Should also be familiar with Japanese culture
• Excellent written English (especially email writing skills)
• Comfortable with multi-tasking
