Job Description :

• Prepare & Report monthly reports on sales material cost.Report on exceptions in discounts ,credit notes along with corrective actions ,inititaing various ideas on its reductions .
• Analyse the activities of the accounting function for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports including, but not limited to, internal and external monthly financial statements.
• Analyse the activities of the MIS function in the plant, for complete integration of all management reporting issues and services including accurate and timely MIS reporting including statement of production, capacity etc.
• Issue, timely and accurate reports on receivables, in prescribed format, after obtaining explanations from Sales and Marketing for outstanding amounts beyond the norms, overdue outstanding, etc
• Analyze and disseminate various business indicators through reports like variance analysis, trend analysis, etc. (including data on Selling expenses Advertising and Sales Promotion budget and actual and various expense drill down for controlling ,reporting overheads ,General & Administrative Expenses and explaning variances against budgets and previous year ).
