Experience : 1 – 6 years

Desired :

MBA fulltime or parttime in HR stream/ telecom recruitment will be prefered

Job Description :

• Doing a proper R & D for the profile, doing the necessary competitor analysis and industry mapping.
• Establish workforce plans and staffing strategies, conduct analysis of staffing requirements. Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies.
• Responsibilities include work allocation, search plan assistance, mentoring on technical and softer aspects.
• Accordingly sourcing the resumes through various sources like Ad, Employee References, etc.
• Posting Advertisement on job portals & using its search machine like Naukri.com, Monster.com.
• Conducting preliminary interview & sourcing the right profiles.
• Taking initial interview round.
