Job Description :

• Process Trainees are trained on CRM best practices & our product. They work with the customers to help them plan & execute CRM strategies.
• Understanding of CRM
• Be able to study and understand client processes
• Engage in client deliveries by being part of the implementation team. Here process trainee configures client processes.
• Closely work with internal teams to meet client deliverables
• Solution consultants to client problems, key pain areas
• Constantly working with clients and providing support post implementation
