Required :

1. Graduate in any stream
2. Good Communication skills
3. Good presentation skills

Job responsibilities :

1. To greet and properly direct all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates, customers, etc.
2. To maintain and ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in documents .
3. To handle special administrative projects, if there is any provision.
4. To answer calls and directing the calls to the relevant department/division.
5. To answer queries of the visitor and supply required information to them.
