Job Position : Front Office Executive / Admin Coordinator
Experience : 0 – 2 Years
Qualification : B.Com – Commerce,B.Sc – Any Specialization
Job Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the Mumbai office of Apotex Research Private Limited.
- Candidate will handle the front desk and act as the executive assistant to the Managing Director.
- Candidate will handle the appointments and travel bookings of the Managing Director
- Candidate will handle petty cash and coordinate for raising indents for the purchase of various office items
- Candidate will do the travel bookings for the other officials travelling to various locations
- Candidate will help the Bangalore HR team in collating Mumbai-office employees’ attendance; time office management
- Candidate will be responsible for the induction of new employees joining the Mumbai Office.
- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating for the opening of a new salary bank account for the new employees
- Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the Bangalore office for the ID cards for the new employees.
- Candidate will assist the Managing Director on other day-to-day activities.
Female candidates with good verbal and written communication, pleasing personality, able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and experience in administrative activities would be preferred.
